About the Course
The CFI-I: Certified Fire Inspector Level 1 course provides foundational training based on NFPA 1031 for professionals conducting fire inspections in various occupancies. It runs 9 to11 days, depending on daily hours and participant experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Assessment includes a written exam(typically 100 multiple-choice questions) and may involve practical exercises, with a passing score around 70%. The course features a review session to prepare participants for the CFI-I certification exam.
